Hello there!
For me, cooking has always been a great way to go throughout difficult times. It makes me reconnect with the present moment and brings me so much joy not only when I am cooking but mostly when I eat and I share my own food creations with my loved ones.
During the current pandemic, I created a collection of 5 Mexican recipes that have made my life happier and better for three main reasons: they are nutritious, delicious and they bring me so many beautiful family memories.
I want to share these recipes with you. They are homemade, easy and healthy meal options for the entire family. In this collection, I have included 3 taco recipes, 1 taco salsa and a very classic Mexican brekkie: “Molletes”. These recipes are collectible, printable and they are available in English and in Spanish.
